Welcome to the PERRY house. Located just outside Gypsum Colorado We made it here just hours ahead of a heavy snowstorm. The news called for a Blizzard, and we hit the rain just before the exit to get here. The next day the reports said east of us got anywhere from 4" to 2' of snow. We got some flakes but no coverage, the mountains looked great in the morning.
